Jeda aquarium was formed due to an incident that change our hobbies into a full exporting business. A friend of ours who lived in Hawaii complained to us via e-mail how expensive it was to import fish from that area. This didn't come as a surprise since many of these fish were being imported from South East Asia (SEA) - and a large portion from Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia.
Most of the exporters make the buying process extremely difficult for their customers. They do not accept credit cards, do not have clear customer oriented policies and are just difficult to do business with. Many of them even suspect us of espionage since the competition is extremely tough. And by being careful to the extreme, we found it very hard even to ask for price lists and shipping costs. For these reasons customer service is severely compromised to keep competitors away.
Jeda aquarium company policies have always been very clear from the start. We are fully customer oriented and we are always in the process of improving our customer support and product quality.
